By accessing and using FitZone Gym services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily use FitZone Gym facilities for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Membership fees are due monthly in advance. Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of membership periods.
All members must follow facility rules including proper attire, equipment usage, and respectful behavior toward other members and staff.
Members use facilities at their own risk. FitZone Gym is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during facility use.
